Supporting people with drug and alcohol problems to change.

Working with Bristol Drugs Project, this was an early front line use of mobile technology to support health and wellbeing in the UK.

Drugs workers and clients reported the value of the service.

Insights from this "try out" led to the addition of new features to Thumbprint, which meant the model could easily be protoyped, developed and sustained by bibliotherapist Julie Walker and Lifeline drug and alchohol treatment agency.

These developments led to guaranteed outcomes in reduced costs by supporting people not to need more expensive services.
