A hand drawn map of the places in West Yorkshire that people care about.

As a member of the Same Skies group I have been visiting the market in each of the main towns and cities in West Yorkshire, setting up an art table with paper and felt tip pens, and asking people of all ages to draw a map of their own neighbourhood.

When we've visited all the markets we'll then put the hand drawn maps together and they will make one big map of West Yorkshire drawn by the people who live and work here, and showing the things we think are important in our daily lives.
